Your item is made before it ships

Nothing ships from a shelf. Each item is prepared, and engraved if you chose engraving, after you order it. An order placed before 12:00 PM Central Time on a business day starts production that day; an order placed later, or on a weekend or holiday, starts the next business day. That first production day is day 1. Standard orders ship 3 to 5 business days after day 1, or 2 to 3 business days after day 1 for items without engraving. Rush production works differently, see below. You receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Rush production

Choose Same Day Production or Next Day Production in your cart. Same Day means your item is engraved on the day you order, including weekends. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time on a shipping day leave the same day. Later orders, and orders placed on a weekend or holiday, leave on the next shipping day. Next Day means your order ships 1 business day after day 1. The same 12:00 PM Central Time cutoff applies to every option: orders placed after it move one shipping day later. Rush production speeds up engraving only. It does not change the shipping service you select or how long the carrier takes.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, including US territories and APO/FPO addresses. If you are outside the US and would like to order, email us and we will let you know when international shipping becomes available.

Shipping days

Orders ship Monday to Friday. For the holiday season, we also ship on Saturdays from November 14 to December 12, 2026. Outside those dates, nothing ships on a weekend.

Shipping methods

All orders ship via USPS from Texas. Services available at checkout:

USPS Ground Advantage, 2 to 5 business days

USPS Priority Mail, 1 to 3 business days

USPS Priority Mail Express, 1 to 2 business days

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight.

Free shipping

Orders of $150 and above ship free within the United States. It is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Total delivery time

Total time is production plus carrier transit. Add the production time above to the transit time of the service you choose at checkout. Rush production with Priority Mail Express is the fastest combination. Carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control, so estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can follow it on our Track My Order page or directly at usps.com.

Tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived

Check with neighbors and your local post office first, since packages are often scanned before the final handoff. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit rather than delivered, contact us and we will work with USPS to resolve it.

Check your address before ordering

We ship to the address entered at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package comes back to us for that reason, the buyer covers reshipping.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Yes, as long as the order has not shipped. Email support@ascotatelier.com as soon as you can and we will update it. Once a label is printed and the package is in the carrier's hands, we cannot redirect it.
