Five-Slot Travel Case

A five-slot travel case: a machined aluminum shell, 8.66 by 5.04 inches and 1 lb 2 oz, lined in natural cedar. The shell is sandblasted aluminum alloy, rigid enough to go in a bag under everything else; the cedar lining passes no smell into the wrapper. Cigars up to 7.71 inches and 54 ring gauge fit, and a small two-way humidity pack fits alongside them for a longer trip. Cigars and humidity packs are not included.

We engrave the lower part of the lid: Front Engraving, or Front + Back Engraving for both sides. Standard Design covers our layouts; Your Custom Logo takes artwork you send. The laser lightens the sandblasted finish, so the mark reads lighter than the metal around it.

Names, initials, logos or simple line designs. Engraving is permanent and high contrast. Check spelling and layout before ordering, since we engrave exactly what is submitted. Proofs are available on request before production.

Back engraving uses the font shown in the example. For a different style, tell us in the engraving note or choose Custom and upload your own handwriting or artwork.

The preview on this page shows the layout and style of your design. The finished piece can differ slightly from what you see on screen.

Size and placement. We fit each design to the engraving area of the item, so its final size and position may vary a little from the preview. If you need a specific size or an exact placement, request a proof before we engrave.

Engraving color. Laser engraving is not printing: no ink is added, the laser changes the surface itself. The color of the mark depends on the material and finish of the item and cannot be changed to another color.

Item color. Screens and product photos show color differently, so the finish may look slightly different in person.

Every piece is engraved to order. An order placed before 12:00 PM Central Time on a business day starts production that day; an order placed later, or on a weekend or holiday, starts the next business day. That first production day is day 1. Standard orders ship 3 to 5 business days after day 1, or 1 to 3 business days after day 1 without engraving. Next Day ships 1 business day after day 1. Same Day ships the day you order if you order before 12:00 PM Central Time on a business day; after 12:00 PM it is engraved that day and ships the next shipping day. We ship Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays from November 14 to December 12. Delivery is separate and depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout; USPS Ground Advantage usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Free shipping on US orders of $150 and above.

All sales are final on personalized items, and you're responsible for the accuracy of the text you provide. We engrave exactly what's submitted. If your order arrives damaged, or with an engraving error on our end, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos for a free replacement.

The case holds cigars only. There is no humidifier or hygrometer inside.
We recommend a two-way humidity pack such as Boveda. A small one fits inside if it does not press on the cigars.
Do not put water directly on the cedar lining.
This is a travel case, not a humidor for long-term storage.
