Windproof Zippo Lighter

A genuine windproof Zippo in brushed chrome, engraved to order in Texas with a name, initials or a date, for a birthday, a retirement or a thank-you gift. Brushed chrome takes engraving in a silver-white, as on the lighter photographed here: AUDEMARS DONGUEN, BEST MAN and 2026 on the front, a couple's names and 2027 on the back. You cannot pick a different tone; the finish sets it. Send us a name, initials, a date or a few words, for the front alone or for both sides, and we engrave it to order in Texas.

This is a genuine windproof Zippo, 52 grams, 2.25 inches tall and 1.5 wide. It runs on ordinary lighter fluid. The flint and wick can be serviced by the owner, so no part is disposable. Engraving does not void Zippo's guarantee on the mechanism; the finish falls outside that guarantee whether it is engraved or not.

One face or both faces can be engraved. Pick one of Designs 1 to 11 and type the name, initials, date or message it asks for, or upload artwork under Your Custom Logo. Brushed chrome engraves silver-white. If you switch the color, black matte gives gold and brushed brass gives beige; no other tone is offered.

Names, initials, logos or simple line designs. Engraving is permanent and high contrast. Check spelling and layout before ordering, since we engrave exactly what is submitted. Proofs are available on request before production.

Back engraving uses the font shown in the example. For a different style, tell us in the engraving note or choose Custom and upload your own handwriting or artwork.

Logo files: AI, SVG, PNG or PDF, up to 20 MB.

Different logo on each item? Upload one file per item and tell us which goes where, or add them to the cart one at a time.

The preview on this page shows the layout and style of your design. The finished piece can differ slightly from what you see on screen.

Size and placement. We fit each design to the engraving area of the item, so its final size and position may vary a little from the preview. If you need a specific size or an exact placement, request a proof before we engrave.

Engraving color. Laser engraving is not printing: no ink is added, the laser changes the surface itself. The color of the mark depends on the material and finish of the item and cannot be changed to another color.

Item color. Screens and product photos show color differently, so the finish may look slightly different in person.

Every piece is engraved to order. An order placed before 12:00 PM Central Time on a business day starts production that day; an order placed later, or on a weekend or holiday, starts the next business day. That first production day is day 1. Standard orders ship 3 to 5 business days after day 1, or 1 to 3 business days after day 1 without engraving. Next Day ships 1 business day after day 1. Same Day ships the day you order if you order before 12:00 PM Central Time on a business day; after 12:00 PM it is engraved that day and ships the next shipping day. We ship Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays from November 14 to December 12. Delivery is separate and depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout; USPS Ground Advantage usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Free shipping on US orders of $150 and above.

All sales are final on personalized items, and you're responsible for the accuracy of the text you provide. We engrave exactly what's submitted. If your order arrives damaged, or with an engraving error on our end, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos for a free replacement.

Fill with standard lighter fluid before first use.
